Administration Permissions

Description

The administrator role allows the user access to the Data Library and Administrator screens in the application. The permissions in this section are access only permissions. If the role has access to a tab, the role can do any of the functions on the section.

Below is a list of the different permissions available and a brief description of what each permission does. Please note that messages are not permission based. Message functionality allows the user to control the messages sent to users within BuildTopia.

Access DL Section	Access to DL link - required for permissions listed below
Access Plans Tab	Ability to manage plans
Access Activities Tab	Ability to manage activities
Access Options Tab	Ability to manage options
Access Trade Partner Tab	Ability to manage trade partner information
Access Scheduling Tab	Ability to manage schedule templates
Access Template Budgets Tab	Ability to modify template budgets
Admin
Access Admin Section	Access to the Admin link - required for permissions listed below
Access Projects Tab	Ability to manage projects; creating, deleting, modify general information
Access Users Tab	Ability to manage users
Access Company Info Tab	Ability to edit basic company information
Access Company Setup Tab	Access to BuildTopia configuration for company wide settings
Access BTService Setup Tab	Access to BuildTopia configuration for BTService company wide settings
Access Import Tab	Ability to manage imports
Accounting
Access Accounting	Access to the Acct link
Access Setup Tab	Access the toe LinkTopia settings
Access Exports for User's Projects	Ability to do an LinkTopia export from any project that user is a participant of.
Access Exports for all Projects	Ability to do an LinkTopia export from all projects
