BTService roles define the functionality that a user can perform within the BTService Module. Messaging functionality allows the user to control the messages sent to users within BuildTopia.
Below is a list of the different permissions available and a brief description of what each permission does.

Access to Managers Dashboard which displays summary of all CS Reps requests by Aging Level as well as all unassigned requests. |
Add/Edit Trade Partners |
Ability to add and or edit trade partner information. |
Assignable CS Manager |
User will be available in drop down for any CS Manager settings |
Requests |

Assignable CS Rep |
User will be available in drop downs for any CS Rep settings as well as assignable to Requests. If you remove this permission from a user that has already been assigned to a Request, the request will still be assigned to that CS Rep. |
Apply Reactivation Date to On-Hold Requests |
Ability to apply reactivation date when putting a request on hold or editing the request. |
View All Requests |
Ability to see all requests regardless of assigned CS Rep |
Close Requests |
Ability to close a request |
Assign Requests |
Ability to assign a request to a CS Rep |
Delete Requests |
Ability to delete a request |
Place Requests On Hold |
Ability to place a request on hold |
