Add Option Category

Navigation Path

Data Library > Options> Option Categories

Steps

1. Select the Add Option Category link.

2. Use text fields and the pull-down menu to enter:

• Number.  The number is alpha-numeric text that “codes” the Option Category.

• Name.  A name of the Option Category.

• Status (pull-down).  Defaults to Active.

3. Select Save to save the Option Category and return to the Option Category List screen.

Edit Option Category

Steps

1. Select the Edit link for the specific option category.

2. Follow steps 2  above in the Add Option Category sub-task.

3. Select Save to save the Option Category and return to the Option Category List screen.

Archive Option Category

Steps

1. Select the Edit link for the specific option category.

2. Select Inactive in the Status field.

3. Select Save to save the Option Category and return to the Option Category List screen.

Delete  Option Category

Data Library > Options> Option Categories

NOTE:

Only option categories that are not associated to any options can be delete.

1. Select the Delete link for the specific option category.
