Description

The Dashboard is available in Bid Management and Contract Management. The Dashboard allows the user to check the bidding and contracting status of Turnkey and Unit-of-Measure trades. For each trade the user can see;

Number of bids
Number of Non-Finalized Contracts
Number of Finalized Contracts
Documents associated with each trade

Notes

Any user with access to the Bidding and Contracting module can access the Trade List.
Available from the Bid or Contract tab.

View BC Trade List

Navigation Path

BC > Trade List

Steps

Select the Trade List links.
Select the Turnkey or Unit-of-Measure tab to view the necessary trades.
Filter by Trade or # of Finalized Contracts to limit the number of trades displayed.
