Description: Interactive, hands-on workshop that creates and uses user data within a training environment, simulating the implementation and end-user experiences.  Includes setting up company-wide data (e.g. trades, cost codes, trade partners, options and schedules) and project-specific data (e.g. plans, lots, and function-specific data, permissions, and documents).  This workshop uses workflow-based scenarios to demonstrate the day-to-day use of the BuildTopia application in areas of (1) bidding & contracting, (2) sales, (3) scheduling and purchasing.

Length: 4 days, Tuesday 9am through Friday 5pm

Training Medium: Onsite at customers office or, as desired, BuildTopia office

Audience: Builder representatives assigned to set up and maintain the Data Library, as well as those assigned responsibilities in setting up new projects; also user representatives assigned as the "BuildTopia Administrator" role, serving as the "go to" person for staff who have questions regarding the BuildTopia application
