Get Document Viewers

Description
Download free viewers to view BuildTopia
reports, uploaded documents, and architectural plans.
- Default reports
within the BuildTopia application and many uploaded documents are produced
in a .PDF format that can be read by Adobe Acrobat Reader.
- When architectural
plans uploaded in a .DWF
format can be read by AutoDesk
Design Viewer.
Notes
- If not already downloaded,
desired viewers must be downloaded on each user's desktop or laptop PC.
- To confirm that
a download already exists, select the Start
menu and then select All Programs.
Scan the
programs list for the desired viewer.
BuildTopia Access
The Get Document Viewers
link is strategically placed in multiple locations throughout the BuildTopia
application.

Download Adobe Acrobat Reader

- Select the
Get Document Viewers link.
- Select the Adobe Acrobat Reader . You
are directed outside of the BuildTopia application to the http://www.adobe.com
website.
- Follow steps to Download Adobe Reader. Check
with your IT support staff to confirm the platform and connection speed
currently in use with your system.

- Select the
Get Document Viewers link.
- Select the Microsoft Viewers link.
- Select the appropriate application link for the Microsoft application
file you wish to view:
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Microsoft Outlook
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Access
- Microsoft Visio
- Follow the steps to download and install the selected
viewer.

Download Autodesk
Design Review
|
- Select the
Get Document Viewers link.
- Select the Autodesk DWF
Viewer link. You
are directed outside of the BuildTopia application to the http://www.autodesk.com
website.
- Follow the steps to download and install the viewer.
