Steps
- Choose the Project
- Use the drop-down list to select the project
name or use "All Projects".
- Use the text fields to enter the Payment Date
or use the Pick Date
link to select the Payment Date using
a calendar view. Manually
entered dates must be entered in the correct format, e.g. MM/DD/YY.
- Select Next

- Basic Filtering
- Use the following fields to filter the purchase
orders
- PO Type
- PO Status
- Date Created (From and To)
- PO Number
- Amount and condition (equals, does not
equal, less than, greater than, equal to or less than, and equal to or
greater than)
- Date Approved (From and To)
- To filter by a PO Amount,
- Use the pull-down menu to select the amount
filter type
- "="
- PO amount must equal the amount entered in the text field.
- "Not
=" - PO amount must not equal the amount entered in the text
field.
- "<"
- PO amount must be greater than the amount entered in the text field.
- ">"
- PO amount must be less than the amount entered in the text field.
- "<="
- PO amount must be greater than or equal to the amount entered in the
text field.
- ">="
- PO amount must be less than or
equal to the amount entered in the text field.
- Use the text field to enter the amount.
- Select Next
button.
- Lot Selection
- Select the lot to Include or Exclude. NOTE:
Exclude
Selected will not include the check lots from the list and the
Inverse Selected will
- Select Next
button.
- Trade Partner Selection
- Select the Trade Partner(s) to Include or
Exclude
- Select Next
button.
- Purchase Order Selection
- The list of Purchase Orders that match the
search criteria will be displayed. Use
the Checkboxes
to Exclude purchase orders from the list.
- Select Next
or Preview Export button, to preview
the export or Run Export to export
the data to a file
