Create a UM Contract

BC > Bids > Unit-of-Measure > View > Create Contract

Steps

1. Select the Create Contract link under Actions to convert the bid into a contract.
2. Adjust the Ordering number as needed.  The Order Number of the contracts determines the order that the contracts will appear on WO/PO screens and the Compare Budget screen.
3. Adjust Tax Rate as needed
4. Select an Effective Date for the contract

Notes:

• Use to adjust the order of precedence for the contract within the contracts finalized for the trade.
• The order number of the contracts determines the order that the contracts will appear on WO/PO screens and the Compare Budget screen.

Steps

1. Select View for links.
2. Click Promote or Demote

Steps

1. Select Edit link.
2. Click to enter modified effective or expiration date for the contract.
3. Select Save to save the change and remain on the screen, Save & Exit to save the change and return to the contract or Cancel to loose any changes and return to the contract screen.
