Steps

1. Select the Send New UM Bid link. You are taken to the Bid tab.
2. Click Ok at the prompt to confirm that you want to send a new bid to this trade partner.
3. Enter the UM Bid Description in the text field.
4. Enter the Subject in the text field.
5. Enter the Comment in the text field.
6. Select the Send button.
