Input Survey Data

Description

Input survey data gathered from leads and prospects. Prospects may complete survey data via the user's website if the user elects to use the BTWebKit integration. All other prospects enter survey data via the SR module. Builders may enter survey data for new or existing prospects.

Notes

Survey data can be entered or edited at any time.
Survey data is dynamic. For example, ongoing changes made to survey data are reflected each time a Prospect Lead Management, Survey Detail, or Survey Summary report is run.

Input: New Prospect

Navigation Path

SR > Prospects > Add a Prospect

Steps

Complete Steps 1 - 4 at Add Prospect.
Select Save and Continue to proceed to the survey for this prospect.
Answer all required survey questions and any optional ones for which there is data.
Select Save Survey button.

Input: Existing Prospect

Navigation Path

SR > Prospects

Steps

Locate the Prospect whose survey you intend to complete or edit, via Prospect List or from steps to Search Prospects.
Select the Survey link.
Answer all required survey questions and any optional ones for which there is data.
Select Save Survey.
