Description

BuildTopia allows the builder, developer, and realtor to manage all Sales functions from a central location. Marketing and follow-up campaigns, lead capture and prospect management, pricing estimates and sales agreements, options and homebuyer management all share the same database, accessed from any internet connection. Users can drive web leads to the BuildTopia interface and interact with buyers and homeowners via the web. Sales functionality includes follow-up tasks for broker agents and mortgage companies and custom option management as well. 

Sales is efficiently divided into the following functional areas:

• Lead & Prospect Management - Includes Marketing and Follow-up Campaigns and Survey Management
• Sales Contract Management - Includes Pricing Estimates, Sales Agreement and Selections Management
• Buyer Management - Includes Homebuyer communication and settlement processes
• SPEC Management - Focuses on managing a SPEC project as differentiated from a Sales Contract project
• Sales Setup and Management Tasks -Covers all areas the Sales Manager needs to know to properly setup and manage lots, plan and option pricing, sales reps, broker agents and mortgage companies.
