Sales Contract Management

Description

Once a Prospect expresses interest in our Project or a particular Lot / Plan combination, the BuildTopia user begins managing the Sales Contract phase of the customer's sales experience. Sales Contract Management includes providing pricing estimate[s], generating and negotiating sales contracts within BuildTopia, options and material selections, and submitting standard and non standard option requests. When a Sales Contract is submitted, the customer moves from Prospect to Buyer status within the BuildTopia application.

Sales Contract Management functionality includes:

• Manage Pricing Estimates (Workups)
• Manage Sales (Purchase) Agreements
