Reports > Standard Reports > Reports tab

Steps

1. Select [Report Name] link.
2. Select the report Format from the pull-down list. Format options are: PDF,  Excel, HTML, CSV, RTF. The default selection is PDF.
3. As appropriate, select from a drop down or complete any additional filter field(s):
• Start Date and End Date fields - Use the text field to enter or the to select the date. All dates must be entered in the date format '00/00/0000'
• Project, Lot, Prospect Type, Trade Partner, Prospect/Buyer fields - Use the pull-down list to select the appropriate filter.
4. Select the Go button to run the report. The report will open in a new window.
5. Depending on format, the report may be printed from your browser window or saved to your hard drive for further use or manipulation in other applications (MSWord or MSExcel).

Steps

1. Select Request A Custom Report link.
2. The Custom Report Request Form opens in MSWord.
3. Follow instructions to fill out the form.
4. Create a mockup of the report.
5. Email or Fax the completed form with your report mockup to BuildTopia.
6. BT will reply with a support contact and a cost estimate for your proposed report. Once you have approved the proposal we will create the report which will be available to you from your Standard Reports tab. The new custom report will also display when you run the Company Standard Reports report, available from Reports > Standard Reports > Admin folder > Company Standard Reports.
