Schedules Overview

Description

Within BuildTopia, construction schedule templates are created and housed in the Data Library, assigned as default schedules for specific plans, and applied to individual lots in projects to manage the construction process.  Schedule templates can include option category lockouts to manage timely option selections, and can also link scheduled tasks to activities from the data library to direct approval of purchase orders at the lot level, based on completion of work.

Schedule templates are created at the company (Data Library) level; defaults are set at the Plan level; schedules are generated at the Project/Lot level.
