Description

Bid & Contract Management allows you to manage tasks related to bid invitations, received bids and trade partner contracts, whether interacting with online or off-line trade partners.

Select Bids or Contracts to get started.

Notes

• When changes are made to the activities, options, and activity packages in the data library, the user can automatically update bids and/or contracts with activity number, name, and scope of work changes without requiring a revised contract.
• The trade partner will see changes based on the status of the bid or contract.
• The trade partner will see these updates when accepting the bid invitation.
• Once a bid invitation is accepted by the trade partner, the user is required to re-send the bid or contract in order for revisions to be seen by the trade partner.
